Do your products come framed?

Frames are sold separately.

What is the return policy?

All our products are final sale; we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@niya.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Are the frames matted?

No, at this time we do not offer matted frames. Our frames are true to size for the prints. 

Do my frames and prints ship together?

No, frames and prints are shipped seperately. Please account for longer shipping time for frames. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@niya.store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What is the shipping policy?

All prints are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please expect minor delays due to COVID-19 Safety Restrictions.

Shipping to the US: We offer $4.99 flat rate shipping to the US. 

International Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Many of our products are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!

Where do the proceeds for charity go?

We donate a portion of all our proceeds to Muslim Global Relief.

Muslim Global Relief is a UK-based Muslim charity organization that runs community-building projects all around the world and empowers rural communities through various campaigns that address the needs of each specific community, ranging from lack of water, sanitation, education, livelihood and socio-economic development.
